Position Description

A great opportunity has arisen for a Contact Centre Team Leader to lead, manage, develop and motivate a team of Customer Advisors in handling all in-bound sales and service calls so that targets are achieved whilst delivering on customer expectation and satisfaction at all times.

As a Team Leader in our busy Contact Centre, you’ll drive improved department, team and people performance through regular one-to-one review meetings, team meetings, evaluation and provision of ongoing feedback.

You’ll provide ongoing training and coaching on key skills and support Customer Advisors in their development in agreement with the Trainer & Quality Assessor and focus on driving a culture of one-stop resolution to enable an improved customer experience.

Required Experience

In order to be successful in this challenging role you’ll need:

• A passion for delivering and driving excellent standards of customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• To be self-motivated to achieve personal targets
• To be results driven
• Strong experience of the management of teams of people
• An ability to manage your own time to hit daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
• Experience in applying good sales techniques
• Excellent knowledge of Contact Centre technologies, systems and processes
