Position Description

This is a great opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our Interflora Services team that will work closely with Key Clients, Sales Teams and Senior Managers to ensure we are maximising all key account opportunities with our existing business to business clients and partners.

As the Key Account Manager, you’ll manage the account planning cycle and ensure assigned client needs and expectations are met by the company and that associated risks are removed, avoided or mitigated. You’ll manage the contractual obligations between the company and our partners and clients, ensuring we also meet their expectations.

Whilst this role is fundamentally about maintaining relationships and ensuring everything runs smoothly between Interflora and our partners, you will also need to ensure you are pivotal in maintaining and growing the revenue and gross profit of each key account, ensuring they remain profitable in line with annual targets.

Required Experience

The successful applicant will need to have:
• Proven experience in a key account management or sales role
• Experience of working in a FMCG environment involving the selling of wholesale products
• Creativity and entrepreneurial flair
• Proactivity and a desire to drive developments and improvements
• Strong organisational skills and excellent self-motivation
• Experience of working in a Business to Business (B2B) environment
