Position Description
As an Email Designer you’ll play a vital role in designing and developing email creatives that will help in successfully delivering our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme.
Not only will you be responsible for producing web standard HTML email templates, you will also support your team with the on-site creative for the Interflora.co.uk, Interflora.ie and mobile websites via the Interflora CMS. You will also get the opportunity to work with the wider marketing team (Brand and SEO) to support any creative briefs for online content.
You’ll be expected to research the latest trends in email marketing and be ready to suggest and drive improvements to our email marketing content. You’ll also get to work closely with external agencies and the brand team to ensure all of our campaigns are delivered to a high standard, compliant and follow brand guidelines.
Required Experience
In order to be a great success in this role, you’ll need:
• Experience in email design, coding and email marketing
• Specialist skills in HTML, CSS, Photoshop & Dreamweaver
• An understanding of ecommerce and internet technologies
• CMS experience
• Good planning and organisational skills
• To be creatively minded
• To be a commercial thinker
• A flexible approach to your work
• Great communication skills
• To work well under pressure and to be happy working to deadlines.
