Senior CRM Manager - Interflora - Sleaford

Position Description

We are looking to fill this critically important and pivotal role within the Marketing function that will lead the whole CRM strategy for both of our brands - Interflora and Flying Flowers.

You’ll lead a team of 3 in ensuring that all strategy, planning, creatives and reporting for CRM communications across Interflora and Flying Flowers are devised and managed and perform to their best.

You’ll champion the customer in the Marketing team, helping the wider Marketing function to understand our customer groups and their buying behavior in order to devise suitable plans to respond to it. You’ll also be the accountable lead for our loyalty schemes – Interflora Gold and Platinum.

Required Experience

In order to perform well in the role, we would expect you to have
• Leadership and management skills
• Experience in devising, setting and implementing strategy – specifically within customer relationship marketing
• Skills in customer-journey development and experience in utilising and understanding the outputs of ‘test and learn’ strategies
• Strong commercial acumen
• A highly analytical mind-set with strong Excel skills
• Strong influencing skills and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent 3rd-party and agency supplier management skills
