Position Description

We have a vacancy available on a fixed-term contract basis in the Product and Supply team as a Product Development Assistant. The role is a job share that will need to cover 3 full days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).

In this job share role, you’ll coordinate and assist in the product development process from helping to develop concept ideas, design briefs, and range presentations through to the launch of a finished commercial range.

You’ll support the Category Manager with competitor and market research to support the development of existing and new product ranges.

This would be a great role for someone that is passionate about our products and is looking to develop their skills in product development and administration.

Required Experience

In order to perform well in the role, we would expect you to have;
• Passion for our products
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and good administrative skills
• Very strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
• Good analysis and numerical reasoning skills

Experience of product development or marketing would be advantageous in this role.
