As a Web Designer in our Ecommerce Team you’ll be delivering creative solutions on our email plans. You will be responsible for designing and building web standard HTML email templates, ensuring they fit with the overall CRM strategy.
You will also help support the Design Team to deliver on-site creative for the Interflora and Flying Flowers websites across all devices, such as mobile, desktop and Alexa.
You’ll use your excellent HTML coding skills to create engaging and creative email designs to drive consumer retention. You’ll work across the entire marketing team using your communication and relationship building skills to understand creative briefs and translating those into exciting design solutions, improving functionality and the user journey.
This is a great role for someone with design and coding skills, a creative flair and a passion for the user journey looking to progress their career in ecommerce.
Required Experience
To be a success in this role, you’d need to have;
• A track record of great results and creative delivery in a web and email design role
• Excellent coding skills using HTML5 and CSS3
• Outstanding photoshop skills and the ability to use Dreamweaver
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Outstanding planning and organisational skills
• An understanding or experience of ecommerce and retail operations
