Position Description

In Interflora Consumer, we are recruiting for a CRM Insight Manager to contribute to the development and implementation of the Interflora personalised marketing plan and customer strategy by supplying detailed customer and marketing insight.

In this role you’ll build a strong understanding of the Interflora customer to inform a suite of personalised communications. You’ll use insight and analysis to assess the impact and effectiveness of our marketing activity.

This is a new role that will take ownership of the multi-touch attribution model to provide insights on the impact that different channels have on the customer journey and will be focused on making recommendations on areas to focus our future marketing spend.

You’ll also run segmentation analysis and propensity modelling for the personalisation of marketing activity with a specific focus on the production of our direct mail campaigns.

Required Experience

In order to perform well in the role, we would expect you to have;

• Outstanding analysis skills with a data-driven mindset
• Incredible levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience of providing compelling insight to inform critical decisions
• Skills in customer segmentation, predictive modelling and direct channel targeting
• Experience of campaign optimisation, including test/control campaign evaluation
• Experience of using relational databases and experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics programmes
• Experience of multi-touch attribution and lifetime value modelling
• Experience in using SQL and Alteryx is desirable

A relevant qualification in Marketing would also be advantageous.

Site Description

Our offices in Sleaford, Lincolnshire are currently closed due to Covid-19, so this role will work remotely, as do all of our roles right now.

We do plan to re-open the office when it is safe to do so but going forward, there will be flexibility to work from home or remotely to suit your needs and those of the business. Of course, there may be times when we need you to come to the office for some meetings, so candidates must be prepared to travel when required but we do not anticipate that to be very often.
