Web Analyst - Interflora - Remote

Position Description

Remote role, currently working from home.

In our Ecommerce team, we are recruiting for a Web Analyst to manage the reporting and data analysis which will drive and develop recommendations for the Interflora Consumer websites, ultimately helping to improve sales and the overall customer experience.

This is a critically important role in our Consumer team that will work across all teams and brands to manage, maintain and build a suite of KPI’s, covering all elements of management information using multiple data points and analytical tools.

In this commercially focused role, you’ll need to probe and analyse sales information, website metrics and session replays to make recommendations based on the performance of the Interflora Consumer websites. You’ll work with our analytics suppliers to deliver actionable reporting and insight on an ongoing basis.

Required Experience

In order to perform well in the role, we would expect you to have;

• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics with proven experience of analysing and interpreting data in a retail or a consumer-focused environment
• Outstanding analytical skills, a commercial focus and have a great attention to detail
• Highly numerate with the ability to quickly understand a variety of data sources
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Experience of Web Analytics solutions and website tracking and tagging
• Experience of the Conversion Rate Optimisation process

Site Description

Our offices are currently closed due to Covid-19 and this role will work remotely until the offices re-open. Long-term when we do re-open our offices, we will operate with a large degree of flexibility on location, so whilst the role is contractually based in Sleaford, we wouldn't expect you to be in the office every day or even every week, but you would need to commute for essential meetings and collaborative work from time to time.
