Position Description

In our Consumer Marketing team, we are recruiting for a CRM Manager to be responsible for devising, managing and implementing the loyalty marketing plan for Interflora and Flying Flowers customers, as well as reporting on the performance of the plan against customer retention, loyalty and frequency targets.

In this role, you’ll manage a small team and also work with the Senior CRM Manager to develop and deliver marketing plans that will grow and optimise our Interflora Gold and Platinum delivery pass programmes. You’ll take ownership of relationships with our loyalty marketing agencies. In particular, you’ll have responsibility for leading the relationship with our email service provider, working with them to develop marketing action plans to achieve customer loyalty objectives.

Required Experience

In order to perform well in the role, we would expect you to have;

• Experience in a similar role, delivering retention marketing strategies
• Experience of developing customer-focused marketing plans to achieve specific retention objectives
• Experience of managing marketing campaigns from idea to implementation, including DM, email and SMS
• A data driven mindset, with the ability to measure campaign performance vs. objectives using techniques such as A/B testing
• Experience of working with marketing databases
• Skills and experience in managing third-party suppliers
• Budget management skills
• Strong planning, communication, influencing and presentation skills
