Sales Ledger Assistant - Interflora - Sleaford

Position Description

Fixed term for 3-6 months, part time, 3 days per week. Sleaford based but mostly home working.

To support the Accounts Receivable team with additional workload, we require someone to join the team immediately with experience of working in a busy Accounts Receivable team.

The assignment is expected to last initially for 3-6 months.

In this role you’ll assist the AR Coordinator with processing items of member billing, ensuring all transactions have been correctly reflected on member statements. You’ll also be involved in answering calls from our Florist Members, so you’ll need to be comfortable on the phone and confident in answering queries.

Training will be provided on our processes and systems from Interflora House, but the role will continue predominantly working from home after that, but the role will be Sleaford based contractually.

Required Experience

In order to perform well in the role, we would expect you to have.

• Experience in a Sales Ledger or Credit Control role
• Excellent communication skills, especially over the telephone
• Good numeracy skills
• An analytical ability and be able to use your judgement
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• MS Office skills, in particular MS Excel
