Position Description

Fixed Term Contract or Freelance for 12 months.
Hybrid working (2 days per month on site.)

We’re looking for a Content Producer – a real expert in generating ideas for content as well having the technical skills to actually create the content in house– so that’s copywriting, producing videos and photography to use across all of our digital marketing and social channels. You’ll work closely with our SEO and Brand teams to create fantastic experiences.

As well as being a creative and technically talented individual with a real flair for coming up with ideas and producing great content, you will also be responsible for managing the SEO content budget and helping to define the content strategy. Ultimately, your work will increase the awareness of our brand as well as helping to drive traffic and sales.

Required Experience

In order to perform well in the role, we would expect you to have;
• Excellent copywriting, proof-reading and editing skills
• Videography skills and demonstrable experience in video production
• Skills in photography and photo editing and production
• Experience in marketing and putting out great content through social channels
• An understanding of SEO and how content needs to be optimised

This is a 12-month contract opportunity available either as an employed fixed term contract or we will explore freelance or day rate options for the right candidate.

Site Description

We're working remotely at the moment and moving to hybrid (minimum 2 days per month on site) in late Summer 2022 when we will be in newly refurbished offices situated in the heart of Sleaford town centre – a beautiful market town just off the A17 and A15 and close to the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire borders puts is within easy reach of Lincoln, Newark, Nottingham and Peterborough areas.
