Position Description
We are recruiting for an IT Security and Compliance Manager to take the lead on ensuring our business information and systems are protected from unauthorised access and we have well managed information security solutions and controls in place.
In this role, you’ll identify security risks and issues and develop plans to mitigate those risks, you’ll also ensure the business is compliant to relevant regulatory standards such as PCI-DSS, GDPR and Data Protection legislation.
This is a great role for an experienced and qualified expert to work across the entire business, consulting with IT and business stakeholders alike to ensure our information security policies are up to date, our processes are robust, understood and adopted widely.
Required Experience
In order to perform well in the role, we would expect you to have;
• A professional qualification such as PCI Internal Security Assessor, or equivalent
• An information security management qualification, such as CISSP or CISM
• Experience in IT audit and IT risk management
• Significant experience in an information security management role
• Experience and knowledge of maintaining information security controls and governance across multiple infrastructures in a hybrid environment
• Excellent technical IT knowledge in; networking, encryption techniques, development methodologies, firewalls and web filtering appliances etc.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills

Site Description
We're working remotely at the moment and moving to hybrid (minimum 2 days per month on site) in late Summer 2022 when we will be in newly refurbished offices situated in the heart of Sleaford town centre – a beautiful market town just off the A17 and A15 and close to the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire borders puts is within easy reach of Lincoln, Newark, Nottingham and Peterborough areas.
