Service Desk Analyst - Interflora - Hybrid

Position Description

We have a vacancy for a Service Desk Analyst to act as a first point of contact, offering first time resolutions to internal and external customers, including our partner florists via the telephone and email.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
• Answering IT related questions from office-based colleagues and partner florists
• Resolving 1st line service requests and incidents
• Taking ownership of support related matters and seeing them through to successful completion, including Problem and Change management
• Providing a customer focussed support service managing communication between multiple internal and external parties
• Contributing to the Knowledge base and FAQ’s.

Required Experience

The successful candidate will need to have:
• Experience in a 1st line support environment
• Good PC skills, including MS office, Windows 10/11, Office 365, SaaS
• An excellent telephone manner
• Attention to detail and be process driven
• Mac support skills would be advantageous
• An ability to work well under pressure.

Candidates with a relevant PC Fundamentals qualification are preferred, as are those with a desire for continual improvement and a commitment to delivering quality.

Any knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory would be advantageous but not essential as training would be provided.

The newly refurbished Interflora House is in the heart of Sleaford – a beautiful market town in Lincolnshire within easy reach of the Lincoln, Newark, Nottingham and Peterborough areas – but with our flexible approach to hybrid working, we now hope to be able to attract new colleagues from much further afield to be part of our family.
